For health insurance agencies

Every client’s documents in, before the deadline

A letter from the Marketplace comes with a clock on it, and a client’s plan depends on a photo they have to find, take and send. You should not have to chase that from a spreadsheet. Verify keeps each deadline, asks your client in the language they read best, checks what comes back, and tells you what is still missing, so nobody loses coverage over a card with its back cut off.

Verify is open to Get Covered’s own team for now. Other agencies are invited once sign-up and pricing are set. Pricing is being set.

From the Marketplace’s letter to a submitted case

Open the case

Pick the client from your CRM and the date on the notice. Verify sets every deadline: 90 days, and 95 for citizenship and immigration status.

Ask, then check

You approve a short message with a link and a date. The client uploads from a phone, in English or Spanish. Verify says what each document meets and what it does not.

Accept and submit

You decide. When every item is accepted you upload on HealthCare.gov and mark the case submitted. Verify keeps the trail.

Kept safe, and shown to be

Sealed documents

Every uploaded file is kept sealed, and opens only for the agent who gives a reason. Each opening is written to the audit trail.

Messages say almost nothing

A text or email carries a link and a date. Never a document name, an amount or a number.

You stay in charge

Nothing goes out without your approval, reminders included. Verify reads the documents and says what it found; the decision is yours.
